Overview

This is the Game Boy Advance version of the classic first person shooter, Wolfenstein 3D, set to be played online, in your browser.

Developed by id Software and originally released in 1992, the game was ported to several other platforms, like this one for the GBA. Released in 2002, it is a direct port of the original MS-DOS game made by Stalker Entertainment. It is almost identical, except for the lower resolution and the lack of both background music and quick saving (the game asks you to save it after each level).

Even though Wolf3D was preceded on PCs by older games like Catacombs 3-D, it had a much greater impact on the industry and gamers, being one of the most influential games of all times. Along with DooM, Wolfenstein 3D popularized the FPS genre and started a new revolution in gaming.

In case you don’t know the plot here, you play as the brave and tough allied spy William “B.J.” Blazkowicz. He needs to escape the Castle Wolfenstein, making his way through a fierce Nazi army using all the guns and ammo he can find, while facing the horrors of this place.

As if it wasn’t enough, the enemy forces were enhanced by hidden advanced Nazi tech and the dark forces, so you will face mutant zombies, cyborgs and huge armored bosses with heavy weaponry.
