Overview

Kung Fu is the 8-bit NES version of the side-scrolling fighting game developed originally by Irem to the arcades, Kung-Fu Master, released in 1984.

In Kung Fu, you must help Thomas, the Kung-Fu Master, while he fights his way through  five levels of the Devil’s Temple in order to rescue his girlfriend, Sylvia, from a mysterious crime boss named Mr. X.

The game, that is considered one of the percursors of the beat ’em up genre, was ported by Nintendo by their then hit console in 1985. It is the same game we have here, set to be played in your browser, online.
