Overview
H.E.R.O.I. is a Brazilian remake of the classic H.E.R.O., one of the best and most popular games ever released to the dear old Atari 2600, later ported to other platforms.
It’s the pretty much the same deal, but with enhanced (still retro) graphics and sound effects: you are part of a special rescue team and you have to use your special helicopter, bombs and laser beam to rescue workers that are trapped in the mines after an earthquake collapsed their exits.
Trivia: H.E.R.O.I. stands for “Helicóptero Especial de Resgate Objetivo Inteligente” or “Intelligent Object Rescue Special Helicopter“.
Controls
- ↑ – Activates the helicopter
- ← or → – Moves left or right
- ↓ – Gets down or releases bombs (when landing)
- SHIFT or Space Bar – Shoots the Laser Beam
Attention
- Since it’s a Brazilian remake, it’s in Portuguese. Just click where is written “COMEÇAR” in order to to start the game.
