Overview
Harry Hotdog never believed in the rumors about the Dead Man’s Curse Saloon, but he will be proven wrong in Cowboys vs. Pirates, a cool and free top-down shooter for browsers that can be played multiplayer.
Harry always thought that this mambo jambo was just a story to to draw the crowds. They serve the best whiskey in town and, more importantly, let him run a tab. It’s a damn shame that the stories ended up being true. Underneath the saloon, a bunch of pirates who were buried there, came back to life, becoming zombies, thirsty for rum and hungry for brains. But Harry Hotdog ain’t giving up his favourite watering hole without a fight…
Fight with Harry Hotdog in two cool game modes: Story and Multiplayer Battle.
The Story Mode brings que first survival chapter: “The Quick and The Undead“. There are 32 stages of fast and furious shoot ‘em up fun. As well as your trusty six-shooter, you’ll be able to find different weapons to take down the relentless dead. These include the spinning fury of the saw-disc-gun and the ever faithful boom-stick. Collect loot and search for treasure to buy upgrades to your stats and weapons.
Multiplayer Battles allows you to compete with up to 5 other online players, so you can see who is the best zombie killer in town. There are 3 different modes, 8 different arenas and 3 difficult levels (with the same names of Doom and Doom 2 difficult levels, by the way)! Special pick-ups are available which can really mess up the opposition. The best gunslingers get to improve their stats and work their way up on the global high scores list.
Please note that for the Multiplayer mode to work, the game’s server must be online.
Controls
- WASD or Arrow keys: Movement
- X: Picks/Drops weapon
- R: Reloads
- Spacebar: special attack (multiplayer only)
- The controls can be changed in game.
