Overview

Ruff ‘n’ Tumble is a great platform game that remakes a 1994 Amiga’s classic and promises fast paced shooting in awesome levels filled with bad robots and awful bosses that you have to kill to get through each step. You are armed with a gun that can be upgraded with different power-ups like the flamethrower.

Originally developed by Wunderkind and published in 1994 by Renegade Software, Ruff ‘n’ Tumble follow the hero Ruff Rogers, who has to save an alien planet from the mad Dr. Destiny, fighting against an army of robots and collecting all his marbles.

The game features four worlds, great graphics and animations, an original metal-style soundtrack and an amazing gameplay. Due to its quality, Ruff ‘n’ Tumble was well received by the critics, with many reviews above 90% and voted Best Action Game in 1994 by Amiga Joker. However, it wasn’t a financial success since it was one of the last Amiga exclusives, released in the same year Commodore went bankrupt.
