Overview

Portal: The Flash Version is an online game for browsers based on the cult classic platform-puzzler developed by Valve Corporation and published in 2007, Portal.

Developed by We Create Games, this Flash version includes over 40 challenging, portals thinking levels, which features almost every feature the real game does, but in 2D: energy balls, cubes, turrets and even the famous crusher from the trailer.

This game mechanic allows for all sorts of brain twisting fun in the original, and much of that has been brought over in Portal: The Flash Version. It can be occasionally frustrating in 2D, and the menacing voice of GLaDOS (the computer who’s testing you in the original), is missing, but still is a great Flash game!

Controls

  • Left Mouse Button – Launch a portal.
  • AWD – Movement
  • Q – Launches a blue portal.
  • E – Launches a yellow portal.
  • R – Closes both portals.
  • F – Picks up an object.
  • ~ – Opens up console (enable through the options)
  • O – Quick quality adjust.
  • ESC/P – Pauses game.
