Overview

Motocross Heroes is an online racing game brought to you by videogiochi for browsers (Flash), with retro graphics and sounds, where you’ll kick up dust as you ride your motorcycle through motocross trials, racing against the clock.

The old-school style of this game is very similar to titles from the Master System or 8-bit Nintendo, especially the classic Excitebike (1984) for NES, where the goal was to race through motocross tracks and perform stunts to avoid falls and maintain speed. Other titles from the time also helped shape the genre, with jump and obstacle mechanics, striking features of motocross racing, but this Nintendo’s game is the most obvious inspiration for Motocross Heroes.

Controls

  • ↑ and ↓ – Go up and down in the track
  • → – Accelerates
  • Z – Turbo (or nitro)
  • Collect the wrenches in order to repair your engine.
