The following video shows how our partners at Gaming Room managed, in less than 3 minutes, to complete “Railway Station”, the 12th and final track of Burnin’ Rubber 5 XS, an excellent racing and vehicular combat game from Xform:
As we could see, that was what was missing for the player to obtain the “Going Prestige” achievement and unlock the last car, Nemesis, which is also shown in the video. The vehicle doesn’t just look as good as we could expect and, unless there is some special hint o how to properly drive it, it’s performance is worse than Macari’s.
Unfortunately, there are no tricks that we know of which will make the life easier for those who want to achieve this: basically, the three laps of the race must be completed almost perfectly. One thing that helps is equipping the Macari car with the Energy Gun and Fuel Air RPGs and using the Energy Gun to clear obstacles inside the train car as soon as possible.
Collecting the half-hidden nitro next to parked trains was also proven necessary, the problem is that it’s risky, especially on the first lap.
Note that the car, Macari, with the Energy Gun and Fuel Air RPGs weapons, is the only one that, at least in my experience, is able to manage to finish the race in the necessary time to get Prestige on this track. Panini is faster, but, contrary to what is said on the vehicle selection screen, its cornering ability is much worse than the Macari, which ends up costing you dearly in the end, as you will have to drift a lot to avoid bumping into track boundaries and stuff.
