Overview
We already have a Flash Ghosts ‘n Goblins remake here (the arcade version) but this one is the 8-bit NES version, developed by Capcom and originally released in 1986, set to be played in your browser.
This side-scrolling platforming game is the first game in the Ghosts ‘n Goblins franchise and is known to be quite challenging.
You will play the role of a knight, Sir Arthur, who must defeat hordes of zombies and other undead or fantastic creatures, in order to rescue the love of your life, Princess Prin Prin, who has been kidnapped by Satan, king of Demon World.
To help you in your quest, there are new armors, weapons and power-ups along the way to be collected.
Controls
- Enter: Start
- SHIFT: Select
- Arrow Keys: Directional (Movement)
- S: Attacks
- X: Jumps
- Attention: these controls are default. Hover your mouse into the lower part of the screen and a control bar will show up. You can set the controls in there, if you want.
